This is a standard R-5 mandolin. It has nickel-silver hardware, standard scale length, a hand engraved tailpiece, lacquer finish, mother-of-pearl inlay, and a two-way truss rod. Nice billowy maple back. Highest quality Schaller keys. This mandolin is is brand new, so it's not broken in yet, but still sounds good and promises to be a good one. It has an ebony fretboard and bridge. Good clean workmanship through out. Completely hand made by luthier Audey Ratliff. 48 hour approval period. Lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.
